Unable to connect to the game server

    Hi, I'm reporting an issue when attempting to log in to any character on my account. I can log in normally (can put in account PIN, select a server, select a character and put in character PIN) but when I attempt to actually log in as the character, I get the error message "Unable to connect to the game server. Please try again later."

    I was able to log in briefly yesterday on one of my characters (Jidonbo) but now I can't log in at all on any character as they all lead to the same error message.

    Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

    Reboot computer.
    Reboot modem.

    If neither of these work, then reinstall the game client and files.
    If THAT doesn't work, then you may need to reset your network/connectivity settings on your computer. Sometimes running a program like CCleaner helps resolve these types of issues, too.
