IGN: Heizhao Problem: Can't get the snow pepe chair. Details: We are top guild, I donated around 8k snow but i can't get the snow pepe chair.There's no green notification when i logged in.
The database is showing that you only donated 100 snow on Heizhao. Did you change guilds during the event? Because that would cause the donated snow amount to be reset.
I didn't change guild, I used 100 snow to get in the map and talked to NPC to donate 7k+ more. It's 2 or 3 weeks after Christmas event was released.
Sorry~The date I joined the guild and then donated 7k+ snow is on 19th December 2018,rather than 2 or 3 weeks after Christmas event was released. Please help me check it, thank you!!
