PC is just to offer a reference witch most people accept that. Some people are willing to pay double or triple price to buy the same items. For example, making a 16int wooden wand would cost you about 1.1b (1-2 months ago). And now, people are trying to sell that for 1.6-2b. Who knows that? Edit: My pc is to estimate how much money I need to make the same item. Gz if you can sell much more than that.
The prices were accurate enough. He gave you fair prices, and for some items, he overpriced them (like the clean rat mouth, those go for 2m ea). Yeah, some of them could be sold for more but I wouldn't say that his prices are a bad basis for you to sell off of.
