When logging into my main account I am unable to get past the channel select screen. After choosing the channel, I get disconnected and greeted with the error code "-2147287038 (unknown error Qx80030002) I tried to run as administrator but i was still unable to get onto this account. I can get on my mule account but not this one.
I have the same issue, once I get to the channel select the screen fades to black and it closes. Do you have any RP hairstyles? Because apparently that's what's affecting it-- there was a few duplicate RP styles and this patch they took them out and everyone who is using a hairstyle that was dupped is getting stuck at the channel selection screen
I have purchased a hair a very long time ago that had a duplicate. I tried redownloading once, but Ill try that again and let this post know. Thank you!
Update: I reinstalled the game to no avail. Still sends me to a black screen and disconnects when choosing a channel.
Yup then you need to wait until there's a patch to fix it. My Bishop is stuck but my other account works
