Error Code when try to load game

    I have downloaded the new files. I was able to log in yesterday, but today when I try to log in, this error message appears (game does not even open, just the error appears):
    error code: -2147221008 (Conitialize has not been called.)
    I have tried redownloading and opening as admin. My firewall is not the problem as I have checked.

    Restarting my computer seems to have fixed it.
