IGN: BlobzXD Problem: Client crashes upon attempting to get past channel selection screen. Details: I downloaded the new client as soon as the first download like was uploaded at about 0215 (server time) and tried to access my account when the servers were declared online on the main webpage at about 0250. I believe this was the time we’re the server was reported to have only 2-3 players (possibly admins) online. During that time, I couldn’t get past the channel selection screen as the servers were not live so I left my client opened until the servers were officially live before trying to log in again (about 0300). This time around, I got booted out from the client, receiving the error code -2147287038. Retrying the same thing gives me the same results. I went on to redownload the client and restart my computer twice to no avail. I did manage to access my mule (IGN: Bobbaistic) under a different log in ID so I assume it might be a character issue. Edit: I’ve also looked through the common error codes and it does suspect some unusual cash shop / RP items. The last time I logged in that account was a few days ago at Eos Tower floor 101 for a few minutes and to check my NX balance. I did not purchase anything from the cash shop however. Edit: I’ve look through some comments and I believe my RP hairstyle (Aran) is the root of this issue...
Thanks for the response. My account's back and alive =D I assume the problem is with the Aran Hair, since my hairdo is tweaked to the Aran Cut instead. But nonetheless, thank you for the effort.
