Closed Issue: Cannot get past login screen - Possible MAC ban on account

Problem: i can´t play, i can log in, but when i put the second code of 6 digits, a pop up appear : "UNABLE TO CONNECT TO GAME SERVER - pleased try again later"

Unistall
Reinstall
Reset PC
Re-downloader the game
Remove the firewalls and antivirus
Change the mode compatibility
2 Clients
Full Screen
Exclusion of the game in the firewall and windowns security

i try log in with other count and always happen the same, so, the only idea i have is possible MAC ban.

any idea or help with this is really appreciated, thanks for read.

in this pc, not, i played royals for 1 moth or something like that 1 year before, i was played in a pc of a friend, now i have this pc mine and i try played, but i can´t.

 

If you’re redirected to the login screen after seeing that message there’s likely some network instability going on. Seems like you’re in now though.
