Closed Unable to login to First character, but able to login to others

Problem I'm unable to login to my character in the first slot, but I can login to my mules on the 2nd slot.

Details: I do not receive any error message when I try to login to my character in the first slot.
I will just be stuck at the character selection page after keying in my 6 digit PIN, and after awhile I will DC back into the login page. (The client itself doesn't close, I just get booted out to the login page again)

Note: I am using the latest client version

 

What was the last thing you did?

 

I haven't logged in for maybe a month or so. I'm encountering this issue on my first attempt to login after the break.

Back then, I could log in like normal.

 

I would suggest trying a clean reinstall of the game, and we can try to look into other problems in the meanwhile.

 

I tried reinstalling just this morning while I was waiting for a reply.
So I thought maybe the problem lies with the installer file, so I redownloaded it from the royals homepage and.... didn't work :S

 

Just reinstalled the game and managed to login to my main
My buddy list was gone, and so were my keyboard settings. I couldn't cc, couldn't enter portals and couldn't enter the cash shop.

So I went to relog, and now I'm unable to login to that character again.

 

Will I ever get to play the game again? :S

 

Did you buy new cash items when you were last able to log in and play normally?
