IGN: Oddyssey Problem: lost my 15 ws and meso on *17 June 5:10~5:40 pm chilean time before update Detail: I went to fm room 7 ch 7 to buy some stuff from a guy and noted that i didnt have sufficient meso for it (that guy was in trade with another guy) so i went to take out my 15 ws and a bit more than 1.3b meso to win in offer to another guy (was 6b aw the pc) and then when i returned to room 7 ch 7 i got dced (ch7 crash before update) and when i returned into the game by entering to another ch i noted that i lost my stuff and meso just taken out from fm storage (15ws and a bit more than 1.3b mesos) any reply from admin please.

Unfortunately that’s not how it works. The more you spam/bump your thread, the longer it takes for a reply as you are send to the end of the queue
Actually this makes no sense as his original thread would (should) still have its place in the queue. Only his new thread would (should) be sent to the end, his original one would (should) still be in the order it was created. While I agree that his actions are annoying and unnecessary, at the same time, based on the past history of the staff during instances like these, it makes sense for him to be concerned as it often takes them months to even address and typically ends with the player losing out.
I’m pretty sure 87Karlos is correct. The more you keep posting/ bumping/ being annoying the longer you will have to wait. If you just be patient and wait for the reply they will get to you. You’re not the only one in the server that needs help.
Do not make any more threads, and abuse the report/posting on people's profile to get attention for this case. You have been issued warning points for that. Be patient and wait for your turn.
@David Yang Can you confirm these scrolls are still missing? As there are no outstanding storage issues which may cause what is described, it is hard to diagnose what happened—even in the event of a crash—as no rollback occurred then.
