Character Name: Singe Problem: Can't get past character selection. According to troubleshooting I've been mac banned but I'm not sure what it is or why its happening. Additional Information: Hi I just started playing about a week ago and I'm not too sure what happened since the game was working fine until yesterday, where I received this issue. The game loads just fine and I can get all the way up till the character selection screen. After double-clicking the character, I get the message "Trouble Logging into the game?" and then when I click on the character again the client closes and says I've been disconnected from the server and to try again later. I haven't done anything with regards to my computer lately so I'm not sure what happened. I'm not really good with the tech stuff but if it helps I'm using a Mac laptop running windows 10 bootcamp. A) Close running background web browsers and applications. B) Restart your PC then retry. C) Open two clients and attempt to login to both. D) You have an invalid mac address on your computer. Check to see if you have all unnecessary network adapters disabled and try again. Steps to disable them can be found here: https://royals.ms/forum/threads/read-first-making-a-thread-in-character-issues.133018/ Then try logging in. E) You are MAC banned. Submit a ban appeal.
