This week since the 18th Feb 2019 i have not been able to vote for my character until 23rd Feb 2019 when someone told me i could use my phone. I did that and it worked. But today, 24th Feb 2019. I'm facing the same issue again...I tried using mobile data, hotspot here and there but still does work. Please help me. Thank you!!
You need to obtain a static public IP to resolve this issue once and for all. Contact your ISP for details.
Call your ISP to get a static IP. Tell them you want a static IP will do, but likely you'll be charged extra cost depending on which ISP you subscribe to.
Means if im using singtel i just tell them that? Because i see my vote system still at 198mins since yesterday
