ERROR when login the game.

I got the error when I login the game and here's the error code:-2147287038
And my brother login his account in Taiwan got same problem, error code:2147221008

Is the problem caused by we login our account when travel to Vietnam with our laptop?

I just reinstall my program but still same.

 

For the error, just spam open multiple clients. It would also help to close other programs.

Close all your other programs (browser, skype, discord, etc), then try to open many clients.

 

How many clients exactly? Do they need to remain open & do other programs need to stay closed? My CPU runs really high with a heap open. Is this just a workaround for now

 

Found the fix;
Uninstall > Re download the latest installer > Re install > Play
