For a few days now, some RWT'er has been spamming smegas advertising his service, sometimes like 100 smegas in a minute or so Example from today: The spammer usually gets banned within a few minutes, but in those few minutes he already got the attention of everybody by the massive spam. It has been suggested before, but it has not been implemented yet. It might be a good idea to add a cooldown for smegas. For example a 5 or 10 second cooldown after every smega and a max # of smegas per 10 minutes.

cooldown would be nice something nexon failed to do for years ( i can see why each smega $) also i know royal team can do ( i think is nice) if GM's can censor-remove smega because ban its kinda pointless
Implement this: Only Characters above lvl 50 can Smega. It has downsides for people below lvl 50 actually playing the game regularly, but in my opinion the benefits are greater than the loss.
Take all the smegas a rich nub has, then, give them ALL (!) to @sids and force him to be the smega mule. An example: Sids: Sadmickey Recruiting STRONG Attackers for Henesys PQ, lvl 190+ only pm Edit: give smegas to guildies /friends / strangers to smega for you. @allanklw
In view of the RWT smega, we'll be making some rule changes to smegas. It shouldn't affect the normal gameplay at all (unless you're a hacker, duh).

Twitch is okay. We allow players to stream MapleRoyals. But if you smega in game and ended up streaming some other servers, then it probably won't end well.
