Hi, i have been having this issue since the first day i played. When i log in and out too many times the game crashes and a message pops out(refer to picture attached). It would sometimes happen even if i just logged out once. Is there any way to solve this problem?
i have tried reinstalling already. well like i was on my nl. then i wanted to log out and log onto my dk. so at the moment i click log out, it turns into black screen and that message pops out
It's very odd you crash when logging out. People normally crash when launching the client, or when selecting character. I suggest doing another reinstalling.

A shot in the dark: I wonder if this is an indirect result of too many processes running in the background using up CPU and slowing performance. Before you log out next, can you close unused programs/browsers to free up space? You can end those tasks via Task Manager. Can't come up with anything else but maybe someone else will have an idea.
