Hiya, When I play on my computer, I can login fine and go to my character but I'd randomly d.c. Sometimes I can play for a while sometimes not so long, sometimes its triggered by nothing or by changing channel. I have tried to change the compatibility, dpi settings and the hertz on my monitor. They haven't worked. I even tried one with changing something with my network in CMD and it didn't work. I just wanna play the game, the same thing happens on MapleRoyals and MapleRoyalsFullScreen.
Did you try disabling your VM adapters, if you have any VMs installed? Seems like you tried almost all troubleshooting steps.
Control Panel > Network and Sharing Centre > Change adapter settings > Right click on those "VM" options and click "Disable".
Hm, I did it and reset my pc and I still DC. This is the error I get. https://puu.sh/CUxq2/ef5aaad576.png I have no issues on my laptop but I wasn't playing at home so maybe it's the network issue. I tried the one in CMD with the network but I'm not sure if I did it correctly.
Whenever I get any error, I just spam opening multiple clients. Perhaps it might be really an isolated network incident. Perhaps try it at home and see how it goes.
I am at home now and I'm getting the error. I think it depends on the surroundings in the game. I logged into one character that was in the waiting room for LUDI PQ. My other character who is in main Ludi town dc's straight away no matter the channel and another character dcs in kerning channel 1. I will try playing on my laptop to see if its a networking issue but I have my doubts.
I can play on my laptop fine, log into channel 1 fine and I even tested it by going to the FM market to see if the there were too many objects if it would make me DC. It was fine. So it's something to do with my computer. Hm.
Sorry to bother you but are there any updates? I wanna pq but I can't if I can't get onto channel 1 :I
Same error ongoing for me and a friend too. We even get the error at the same time while playing (over different networks/devices), which indicates its not necessarily a PC issue. Indeed, ch1 crashes a lot faster
