    Cant start Royals due to this issue, ive tried switching compatibility

    I had also this problem and its seem to be something with the network.
    I switched to Hotspot from my phone and managed to connect and than back to my WiFi and seems the issue solved.

    try restarting you PC and retry the network switching if it doesn't work
