voted but didnt get nx

I voted at around 5pm PST and forum was down, i didnt get my nx.

 

You need to make sure you're following these steps:

1) Go to https://royals.ms/?page=vote
2) Type the USERNAME of an account containing a level 15 or above character
3) Click 'vote'
4) On the next page click where it says 'please click here to vote'
5) On the next page complete the FunCaptcha:
5a) Click 'verify'
5b) Rotate the image so it is the correct way up
5c) Click 'done'
5d) Click the red button 'VOTE FOR MAPLEROYALS - NOSTALGIC MAPLESTORY SERVER'

6) Seeing the green 'Thank you for voting!' message means you have successfully voted
7) Wait 2 minutes then check the cash shop for your NX
