If a bidding is on-going while changes are made, the bidding will follow the initial Bidding Rule prior to the changes. Last updated : 28.03.2019 02:49 Server Time 1) Bid ends after specified bid duration of the last highest offer unless the items are a/w-ed which would be immediate in effect. In case that the last highest offer bidder bailed out in the end, the second highest offer bidder will win the bid instead, and such will be repeated when it happens to the 2nd, 3rd, etc bidders as well. 2) When the current highest bidder (not a/w bidder) wins the auction but could not make the transaction immediately due to the inconsistency of online time on our ends, the item may be put in a shop for a/w price if and only I am in need of mesos urgently and I will not receive any other offer unless it is for the a/w price until I and the current highest bidder can succeed the deal. The item will only be "reserved" for the highest bidder for one week. After one week, it shall follow rule 1) again. If the highest bidder is the only bidder, the bids will reset after one week has passed. 3) A/w bidder has a week time to succeed the transaction if our timezone don't match or for whatever reason it might be to not make the transaction ASAP unless the a/w bidder proposed to buy the item in a shop where he may have to pay another 5m~10m for the shop fee (to be included in the item price) and risking the item to be a/w-ed by others for items that are below max mesos if and only that I don't have a shop operated when the a/w bidder asked for this proposition (usually happens when I don't have a lot of things to sell). In this one week of time, I will not sell the item to any other persons even if they offer a higher price than the stated a/w price. Otherwise it'll follow the 1) rule again if we failed to succeed the transaction after the one week time has elapsed. If the a/w bidder is the only bidder, the bid will resets when the one week time has passed.
