Window 10 i have firewall and window defender off but still don't work sometime is blocking it? Won't let me upload file says error. While installing when it get to mapleroyal.exe that's when the problem occur
You need to add the mapleroyal.exe file as an exception in window defenders! Mapleroyals.exe passes as a false positive for your antivirus software.
You have to turn off windows defender, then install Royals. You also have to add the Mapleroyals folder (or the .exe file) to the whitelist so that way windows defender doesn't delete it again. Once it's added to the whitelist, you can turn on defender and you're all set

I'm not sure if you have windows 10. I do, so I'll do the windows 10 version. What I usually do is this: 1. Start Button. 2. Settings. 3. Type in "Virus & Threat Protection" in the search bar. 4. Click on "Manage Settings." 5. Then click Add or Remove Exclusions. You have to scroll down a bit before you see the last option, but it should be right between "Controlled folder access" and "Notifications." Hope this helped~ Also, if your file got deleted (windows defender automatically deletes them) just re-download MapleRoyals and do it again.
Oh great now it keep on happening error installing mapleroyal, if this keep happening how am i able to add mapleroyal to exclusion
If you don’t see the .exe file then windows defender deleted it, so you’ll have to re download again. I’m not sure what your error is, I only know how to add folders to the exclusions. :c there’s a troubleshooting post somewhere if you google it, I’m not sure where it is as I’ve never had problems download before :c
