Hi there beautiful staff of MapleRoyals. As you probably know, I've been playing on this server for quite a while and I have probably never been quite this disappointed :/ I just got myself this gorgeous chair And I was super pumped to be the first or one of the first people to have it on the server, however, I was heartbroken to see that the chair was broken! The chair goes inside the ground instead of lifting the character up, which I know is a known issue that cannot be fixed, but assuming you guys tested all the items before they were released, you should have known this would be a problem and AT LEAST MENTIONED IT OR ASK LESS CANDIES FOR IT? I mean, this is pretty ridiculous, I spent 1500 candies, which are a few hours of grinding on a chair that doesn't work well? I hope you understand how unreasonable this seems really, I love you guys lots, but can I please have my candies back? I'd rather have the chair that actually works. <3

Hi Aly! Please accept my apologies, as I unthinkingly tested the event items out in the GM map, which as you know, is pure white. As a result, the problem didn't show up when I was testing it out, nor in the screenshot of the item that I posted up. Jack and I are currently discussing whether or not it's possible to edit the chair so that it looks better and he's investigating this. If it isn't possible, we'll refund your candies, and we'll also replace the pumpkin chair with a different reward. EDIT: Have now temporarily removed the Pumpkin Chair from Malady's reward list until this matter is resolved.

Perhaps test it on a normal background as opposed to the white GM map? And maybe see where the name tags falls in too? Since in the current one it covers it... Might just give you a better indication of where the char should sit on the chair? <3
I'm pretty sure the name tag will fall below the chair, given the position of the character on the chair. Basically, for all our chairs, the character's feet will be just above ground level.

Love the proposed change for that chair. Would it be added back into malady? And if it is, will the two new chairs be removed?
I don't know about the others- But I'm all in favor of adding it back and keeping the new 2 as well. 4 chairs, two at 1500 that are more cartoony and 2 at 2000 that are more "spooky" and fancy. Just means an extra 4000 candy I need... XD
