Closed Account Stuck/banned? Please help.

I just recently downloaded Mapleroyals, I tried logging in for the first time. I got the error "This is an ID that has been deleted or blocked from connection. Please check again.". I waited a like 10 minutes and tried to log in again, still yielded the same result. I received help in troubleshooting the issue from other users on the forum, but it was the same error.

Character Name: Have not created a Character yet.
Last thing you did: Just attempted to log in.
Why do you think you got banned?: Not sure if I am banned, I was directed here to resolve this issue.
Ban message when attempting to log in: "This is an ID that has been deleted or blocked form connection. Please check again."

Please let me know if there is any further information I can provide.

 

Are you playing from a public network such as your school, or using a VPN?

 

I do live on a University dorm, But I do pay for a separate, private, and more secure network.

Edit: I should clarify, I never was on the dorm network; ever.

 

What VPN are you using?

I meant like I have my own internet provider, I do not use a public network (i.e. school, university, McDonald's). I am not good at explaining techy stuff lmao. Like its a private network. I do not know how to explain it better sorry. it is like any other private network (i.e. home internet??).

 

The IP you are using to connect to the game is indeed blocked which is why you receive such a message.

We will not unban your IP, but we will also not prevent you from finding an alternative way of playing as you don't seem to be related to the person who was blocked.
You could try to simply restart your modem which might give you a new IP.

 

That is odd, but then again I understood nothing of that. But I shall try to restart the modem once again, thank you for your input.

 

Nothing seems to be working. Tried getting my IP changed by contacting the ISP, turned off the modem for like three hours (just to be sure haha), sacrificed a goat to the heathens, offered my first born to Cthulhu, and sold my soul to the devil (for this one I think it was just a midget in an alley but meh).

I am all out of alternatives. Oh well, cannot change what must be.
