Hello. Recently I hit 140 as DK and im looking forward to getting a MON, but now the problem is, the guides i've found only have guides for stages other than boss stage, as a DK what do I do in the boss fight? Another main problem is I dont have enough damage to be an attacker (my PM to join was ignored which was understandable), I am wondering how much range should I have in order to contribute in CWKPQ boss fights? Thanks for reading.

I have been to maybe 4 CWKPQ's or so, but everytime we had like a timeout before the boss fight began and discussed who should be in which party, who should be where, etc. You can always ask if you're unsure, but there's a high chance party leader(s) will discuss that with you and the rest of the people there before hand, especially if they know they have people less experienced with it. Not sure about range though.

Range isn't normally an issue in casual cwk as long as you're willing to stopper/apple. Berserk is kind of given for DKs to be on.

As for the boss fight, DKs pin and crusher the bottom 3 bosses until they die. Body-tanking them reduces chances of getting stunned. If you have Power Crash, you can use it when the bosses apply attack buff on themselves. You'll take significantly less damage and can zerk easier.

Don't be upset that you got no reply to your whisper. There are enough folks around who don't care what range you got and take you with them nontheless. Just try to join future runs and you'll progress with time, both in lvls and dmg, at some point ( lvl 150 i feel ) people don't really ask for range unless it's for like Horntail. Just because you have your main dmg source spells of 4th job maxed.

just help pin the bottom row bosses at the start. left side if both of the warriors have stance, right side if one of u doesnt have stance since the bosses will knock u towards the right.

damage wise, just eat an apple like what phoamey said, n make sure u dont die. for me i usually just eat 1 apple per run then stopper the rest cos apples are expensive. just rmb to rush the bosses back towards the wall if they move out n then just hold down 1 button n pray ur pet heals u right. n rmb to ask for rebuffs when they run out, specifically mw, se, si like in a normal boss run n since ur a drk, u shld hb them when they come over since hb n se/si is same timing of hb since some of the ranged attkers might not be heavily washed

Thanks for the reply everyone... Since I have to maintain berserking, I am wondering what is the max hit the boss can do? I dont think pet auto heal is reliable for berserking.
From what I understand, I just have to pin 3 bosses to the left and just hit them?

The bosses do around 5k~ touch dmg which is what you'd aim to receive only, if you find that you're receiving more it's possible that the warrior boss used its buff which raises the its attack. You can use your power crash skill to remove the buff so they don't do too much damage. Personally I find it extremely comfortable to zerk in the bossing stg of cwk, all the best!

With maxed Achilles, it's safe to berserk relying on pet potion while tanking the touch damage.
You can use Melting Cheese and set HP alert as 35%

just hold ur attack button and let ur pet do its job auto potting if u hv 30k after hb. tho u will need to watch out a bit since ur stance/achilles isnt maxed so tat u rush back towards the wall when knocked out
