Can't Run With Windows 8.1

    I have downloaded and installed the game, but when I try to run the game it never loads. I think the problem may be because I use windows 8.1. I saw that another player was using VMware. Should I also try to do this aswell or is there something else I can try? All suggestions are greatly appreciated.

    Not sure what's causing your issue. Try to include more details (error codes are always usful, or even noting you don't get an error) so we can give better feedback on your problem.

    Meanwhile check this thread, if it's indeed an issue with Windows compatability, this might solve it.
    If there's still an error, check this thread. It might give you a solution.

    P.S. I'm running MapleRoyals just fine on Windows 8.1.

    Thanks for the response. Usually what happens is I try to load the game but it just never finishes. It just looks like its loading forever. I use VMware now and am able to play now.
