(invalid pointer) error code after donating

Only a GM can really help me here. I can't even log in for 2 seconds long enough to leave the sewers. So anyways what happened was I donated the max amount to support a game I used to play as a kid and got a bunch of cash shop items. I'm fairly certain one of these items is causing the problem. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling and that did nothing. The error code only happened when I got into the kerning city sewers. My only character is named JohnnyDerp. If a GM or Admin could take a look at this it would be greatly appreciated.

*Edit* I made it out of the sewers and haven't seen the error yet. (keeping the error code up and reopening client seemed to help) if a gm could still look and see what item might have caused it would be great. I wont be going into the sewers anytime soon. Even though I really want my maple staff! xD

*Edit 2* alright so trying to go anywhere but the main towns results in the error code. Not sure what item is causing the issue but its late and I am going to sleep.

TLDR: Bought a bunch of donor items and one of them caused the (invalid pointer) error code. Need a GM to let me know what item that may be.

 

Can you please post a screenshot of your MapleRoyals folder and include edited date + filesize.

Are you able to replicate the crash when you do something specific?
Since you are saying that you only crash when trying to leave for other places outside the main towns, I can't see how that would be related to a specific item.

 

it happens almost as soon as I leave a main town. It seems to be okay in all the towns. But after jumping it can crash in the town. I have taken off all my items and left town and it still triggered the error.
*edit* This error only started happening after I purchased all the items and left for the sewers. I was training there for hours before I donated

The issue will be fixed with the coming patch.
As for you in the meantime, you will need to change your eye colour, all other colours should work, what you need to avoid is using the F1 face and taking damage. If you need assistance with this please let us know.
