As suggested by @Karven, removing dinput8.dll from MapleRoyals folder seems to have fixed it. Am now getting the notification the server is down upon launch.
So far I can give you this: Since then I have changed compat to vista from win 7 and have gotten nothing. No launch no open to the little mr message about being down, no error messages nothing at all. I tried dl with mega first then uninstalled and tried google dr still nothing . installed 5 times now using either of them, and clicking the icon does nothing. Okay confirming that deleting that link above worked for me Thx! Wow. Now something changed and have this error.... Cant launch again now Jeez. And I certainly do NOT want to run the game in fullscreen.
