Closed Character constantly crashing after buying donor items

    Problem: Crashing when interacting with GUI after purchasing Donor items/face/hair

    I recently bought Donor items and changed hair/face. Ever since then my client crashes without error messages on the account i've bought them on.
    I'm sure it's not a problem with my install/os/PC etc since I've tried on 2 computer and tried to run the game in VM. I've also redownloaded the client twice and had my anti virus/Windows Defender disabled.

    The things that causes crashes are:
    - Trying to interact with NPCs and their dialogue boxes.
    - Trading with people.
    - Quickly dropping items.
    - Changing GFX and Windowed to Fullscreen vice versa.
    - Using the 3 person chatroom.

    All of the above things have been tested on another account, only difference is that it doesn't crash.

    My theory is that your character has a hair/face that no longer exists... maybe @Matt can confirm for you.

    Do you also crash when you enter maps with mobs and start attacking?

    No I've been able to kill mobs and have done the Gold Richie event multiple times.
