    Hello Royals Administrators!
First off, thank you for all that you do to make Royals fun and nostalgic. You have our appreciation, it means a lot to us.
Lately, there has been something on my mind that I would like to discuss with you all. But first, before I do say anything, I would like you all to know that I understand how busy you may be in your personal lives, and I apologize in advance for sounding like I'm at all rushing you to make an action. There has been a problem lately, with a number of people, including myself, who are currently unable to log on, due to our accounts being stuck. My concern is that there's people who are unfairly unable to log in to enjoy the Easter event and Richie's Golden Eggs while it's still on. More than a week has passed, and there hasn't been a single server check to help us out of this mess. For the fairness towards the Royals community who is unable to log on for the event, future events, or just regular days playing the game... I was wondering, if possible, if there can be a weekly server check on a certain day. It's to ensure that fairness for all players to enjoy the game, but also to keep an update for you, the administrators, to know how the server itself is doing. Maybe even to extend the event for just 1 week to give the people who have been unable to log in at all time to enjoy the events while it's still on, Please consider this request. I would like to make things fair also for the people who want to play, as much as you all try to. Thank you for your time, much appreciated.

    • To extend the current events up to at least a week for the players who have been unable to participate in them.
    • Have a weekly server check, if possible.

I agree wholeheartedly, especially since the Character Fixes feature is still unavailable. Seeing so many reports of players getting stuck since I started and it sucks for them to be barred from the events for more than a week. Definitely a scheduled server check every week is fair :D

I think extending the event so that ppl, that were unable to login, can also take part in it, is a great idea.

Concerning that weekly server check, it depends on the workload I would say. Would be cool if it was possible to have kind of an automated server check that unblocks players and fixes problems. Admins would have less work ideally in the end :)

Now don't get me wrong, Dann, I am not saying that I'm shooting down your idea at all... but isn't every 3 days a little bit over kill for server checks? The reason why I made this post, and hope it gets heard, is because it would have people not wait too long until a server check happens, so that way for those who are stuck, can then play. I get that the administrators cannot cater to everyone, I understand completely. Also, I know that not all of them decides on when a server check itself happens. What bothers me though is that there are people who still want to play, but there will be a number of people who will end up getting stuck after every server check is finished in someway, somehow. A week can be tolerable, but more than that wouldn't be fair at all, in my opinion. Also, what about if an event comes by? Will there be some players who has to wait over a week to play again and lose more than 7 days that they could have been on to enjoy the event, or even just having fun? As I had pointed out, I also understand that people, even the administrators who can decide on the server checks, have very busy lives, and I apologize to them if I sound like I am being self centered or not fair to them. I'm speaking for the people who want to be heard, it doesn't matter who it is. Being that I haven't been able to play for maybe 10 or 11 days, like some others who had the same problem, I now understand their frustration and impatience. As for the events such as the current ones running for example... me, I don't particularly care for them as much, as I have ways to take care of myself and still enjoy this game. Don't get me wrong, if there is an event in the future that does peak my interest, I'll take a look at it and see if it's something I want to participate in. Along with that, the people I know and love are the real reason why I am still here playing now. But my point is for the others who actually do want to participate in the events and still want to enjoy the game, is who I am also speaking for, who may not be able to log on.

Predictable server checks would also be nice for updating your shops, since I dont know if it's just me, but it always tends to happen when I sleep without prior warning, hence losing shop spot ^^

to be honest that would be a problem, because then people would have less chances to get a spot. The unpredictability here is actually fair for all. It is like in real life, sometimes you lose a spot, sometimes you gain a spot, but in the end this is what keeps everything alive.

    EDIT to Server check topic:
Ideally there would be a balance between workload and benefit. So maybe lets say after 7 days the average player looses interest after multiple dc problems - then lets make it 6 days ... and so on.

Actually at the moment, it is like 2 weeks, isnt it?
