error code!

hello everyone! i get error code: - 2147457259 (undentified problem) everytme i'm trying to open the game? i already have uninstalled the game and reinstalled 4times with the new setup but it still won't work. i have also deactived my antivirus and it won't work also... please help?

 

I have the exact same problem and I've tried updating my drivers, restarting my computer, turning compatibility mode on and off, and turning off all background programs then launching Mapleroyals. I still can't get it to work...

 

try disabling your antivirus and all the windows defender/firewall crap

 

Add exclusion to your antivirus so it doesn't removr any files. Try changing compatibility to Windows 7 too.

You may also wish to close all your other programs such as browser and Skype before launching the client.

I did turn off antivirus. My laptop is win 7

Because I have exact same errors code with this thread
so I thnik I must got some old problem other have sloved
I did read the thread you post and after delete dinput8.dll. error code still appear.

 

One of the number is different
. Do you know what this mean?
