First, I apologize for robotic play.

I saw the term "stopping a week" when I first caught robotic play.
I was using robotic play for the first time and after a week my account is still down.
I am writing this article to wonder if my account is a one-week suspension or a permanent suspension.
If permanent suspension, I would like to ask GM why the terms are different.

 

Unfortunately you are indeed banned for macro botting, and I have looked at the evidence and can see clearly that you are using some kind of program to cast skills and move for you.

I saw a few things in the terms.

Is my account permanently blocked or short term blocked?

 

Since you were casting several things and also moving, it's a permanent ban for macro botting.

 

I used key macro but I banned permanent.

I wonder why it's not a week off

 

From the evidence we have you are moving, casting an attack skill for an extended duration, then using buff skills and attacks again. You can't do that with something holding your key down so unless you can prove otherwise the ban will remain.
