I did spotted hackers at Skele today but doesn't mean I'm using hack machine. My class is Bowmaster, how am I possible FROZE the SKELE?

yes.. he is my brother. but i only own 1 account and not more than that.

Unfortunately since you are playing from the same PC/connection as your brother you will have to serve the ban as well. I also recommend to familiarize yourself with the voting rules / white list
