Closed Can't speak with Fredrick/Open store

Problem: Dialogue with Fredrick won't occur
Details: Clicking Fredrick will make nothing occur but prevents me from speaking with other NPCs until I change channel or go through a portal.

 

Unfortunately, I believe you have to wait until the next server check!

 

have you tried downloading the client again?

 

Not re-downloading but I do have the setup still. I've reinstalled.

I am, sadly redownloading and installing both have not worked.
