My Bowwomans and CHmagic however, was still able to login with no problem. I wish to explain that I have not committed any actions that broke the T&C and there must be some misunderstanding and I’m willing to cooperate with any of your investigation. Hi Tim, I usually only login to my account at home and office. The only time I login to external areas such as Internet cafes was if I’m on a business trip. I suspect it could be the reason why I was mistaken, hope you can get it checked. Thank you for your patience.
Hi Tim, as I’m a sales executive, my jobs responsibilities requires me to go on business trips irregularly on a ‘if-necessary’ basis anytime. I sincerely hope to share with you the exact dates I went, however it’s been 7-9months since I last login, it is very hard for me to state the exact dates of the trips.
Hi Tim, I will try my best to give you the specific details. Being the sales executive for the company branch I work for, I have 4 days of irregular statutory rest a month. For the other 26 days, I am likely to go to other cities in the area I am responsible for, or other provinces on a business trip for a period of 2-3 days or even longer due to meetings and work if required and I often go on a business trip from time to time, which is why I mention in my previous reply that it would be quite hard for me to state the exact dates and places of my travels 7-9 months ago, as it has been awhile and I have been traveling often, it is very likely that my statement would be inaccurate. As memories can recall, the places I went 7-9 months ago, My trip in July 2018 was as follows: Zhengzhou and Zhoukou City in Henan Province, Huaiyang county in Henan Province. My trip in August 2018 was as follows: Zhengzhou and Zhoukou City, Henan Province, Huaiyang County, Henan Province, and Xi'an City, Shaanxi Province. My trip in September 2018 is as follows: Zhengzhou City, Zhoukou City, Kaifeng City, Huaiyang County, Henan Province. I wish to seek your understanding if there is any inaccuracy, as it has been almost a year and I am only recalling from my memory.

I wish to explain that during our last conversation, as I got really tangled up with work, and at the same time, unable to provide the exact travel agenda you requested to further support my claim of innocence, I gave up on gaming and went back to focus on work and family at the time. But as working & family life has grown to be stable in recent times, the urge to come back mapling are also growing back ever stronger. I hope you can accept my explaination, and allow me to re-open and continue the appeal once again so I could prove my innocence. - To continue with my appeal; As my responsibility requires me to travel in short notices to different cities/provinces weekly as the sales lead of my company, I am unable to pinpoint the specific dates for business trips at that point of time, despite having searched through my records. If it helps with my case, I am able to provide screenshots of a Vehicle Renting App I've started using back in 2019 December (For the purpose of petrol discount) as new supporting evidences. Though it could not tracked all the way back to 2018, it fully detailed every major cities I’ve checked-in for the past 1117 days, which I hope may serve as the hard evidence on my claims of frequent business travels. With the additional supporting evidences, I hope you can look more favourably into my case and re-open the investigation, as I would glady produce any information you requested if I have them on hand.
