Closed "We are unable to connect to login sever due to a server check, a firewall block ....."

    Problem: trying to run MapleRoyals.exe but keep popping out the error message with " We are unable to connect to login server due to a server check, a firewall block or other network issue."
    Details:I have tried several times and still pop out that message, and in order to check out if the firewall block the application, i changed my network to connect to mobile hotspot (wi-fi previously) and it can finally start up the game, but i don't want to use my mobile hotspot to conntect most of time, how can i fix the problem?

    Are you using home WiFi or public WiFi?

    Did your siblings play Royals as well and got banned?

    no siblings, the last things i remembered before pop out that error message is that i in order to get zombie's tooth for my second character, so i keep quiting to the login userID screen and switch to my second character and switch back to my main charater in several times, and then that error message shows up

    yes, i have tried restart my router and it still same, i can connect to google.com, watch Youtube and other else but except execute MapleRoyals.exe, and i also tried reinstall the application as well. still no idea why it happened :(

    No idea why your wifi doesn't allow Royals
