This is your appeal, and if you want to make a case that the ban is unjust you are to do so here. However your character was witnessed to have been performing many actions in game, and when prompted for a response you failed to answer for a very long time. This constitutes a macrobotting permanent ban.

 

Hello, I want to explain myself, I hope I will do it right.
First of all, I want to say sorry for who thought I'm cheating him and took his money for my service and he doesn't get what he paid for.
I don't know what the picture or film someone took on me, but I can say a few things:
1. Every time I was doing stuff in MapleRoyal I always did this with kind and honest because I really believe that helping and love each other make us better.
2. I'm always tried to make the best when I was selling leech and other things helping collect card because the exp is better and stuff like that.
3. I'm always tried to make me better every leech always asking if the exp is good or if the person who bought it is right!
4. If you have logs or anything that can show you how always I'm talking to my clients like tell them gz when they lvl up or "<<<>>>" when there is a card or just talking about life and stuff like this !!
5. I admit that few times I was watching tv "Games Of throws" and not fully active in the game and maybe this why the guy reported me though I'm cheating or something like that.
6. in this few times I was watching tv and playing I always gave the buyer extra time because I knew I made some mistakes when I was not fully in focus " you can check it on your logs"
7. I really think and know that there are more players here around this server that know me when I sold them leech and as a person and know that I'm doing all right.

I hope you to really check inside this stuff in the logs or asking ppl who bought leech from me because they really know the truth, because i know I made a mistake when I was not fully active and I'm taking fully responsible for this !!
I know for checking it is going to make you work hard but I swear it is worth it!

Our logs and evidence show that you failed to respond for quite some time while your character continued to move, attack, and use skills. Since we can not physically verify each and every person performing actions in game is present at their computer we have a rule that you must respond to players or GMs if prompted while your character is moving and using skills.
Since you failed to respond the ban for macrobotting will remain.
Your appeal is denied.

I am 100% certain that I did not encounter any GMs along the way and I did now know i was oblidged to reply any players, this is not stated explicitly in the rules either. It is unfair to close my ban like this.(edited)
Please review the evidence as although I was not paying attention which I 100% admit, my actions were not robot-like nor controlled by a bot.

but I'm 100% sure that no staff tried to talk with me when I did leech ever even when I'm watching tv while playing I'm always checking the chat if there is something come out.
if a player tried to talk with me and I did not notice even it can only be at Ghost Ship because the ground and the chat are very low but it doesn't matter because I did not do what you saying I should do.
I'm saying and asking for the last time "I'm not guilty". I was honest about how I played and how I talked to other players.
I'm not guilty, but I'm taking full responsibility for my action and asking for mercy and justice because in this case, I deserve a pardon from you.

 

I was mistaken, your case did not involve a staff prompting you but instead there was several minutes of solid attempts to solicit a response from you from a player while you continued attacking, casting skills, walking into barriers (repeatedly), and moving your character.
I reiterate that your ban stands.
