First of all, thank you so much Karven & the other staff members that brought this feature to the game!
Ever since I joined Royals I waited for this feature to arrive and it's finally here & it's a kind of feature that doesn't get old! It's still fun & worth doing even when it's not new, finally a reason to explore the entire Maple's World Map with a sweet reward!

    :D

Like all new features there'll always be stuff to alter & improve. My feedback regards the amount of cards needed to unlock the Found In tab (5 cards) & related info:

As I was collecting the monster cards, a feature of the Monster Book I continued to wish would change was the amount of cards needed to finally unlock the Found In tab, which is, in my opinion, the most important feature when farming the cards. It helps you find & examine all the maps that features the mob you're farming and then lets you make a more educated decision as of which map's the best map to farm the monster. As of now we receive this information only on the 5th card, when we're already done farming the cards. So that means you're already done with the specific mob and therefore the feature & information you just received becomes pretty much useless to you.

A prime example that happened just now: Farming 'Saitie' monster cards' as I'm making this thread, finishing the 5 cards with only 3-4 mobs in a map, only to then find another map that has them with way more spawn rate ~f4 :'(

To sum it up, the feature is basically only useful to you before you finish the cards, yet you receive it when you're done
    .
    My suggestions are
    1. changing the information that's found in
Episode tab to be received on the 5th card.
    2. The location information that's found in Found In tab to be received on the 2nd or 3rd card, basically switching places with Episode tab.
    3. The LVL & form of the monster that's displayed on the
Episode tab can be moved to the Basic Info tab, since that's basic information.

I would suggest swapping Dropping and Found In tabs. It would make more sense that, as an Explorer, you would first discover the where about of a certain monster, then as more monster you kill, the better your understanding of what they would drop.

PS: Also, hidden street website exists. It's 2019 so I don't think a person of this era should rely on the in-game information to discover which area has the best spawn.

It would actually make more sense that, as an explorer, you’d first find out where the monster is so you know the best place to hunt, then find out what it drops and hunt the drops at the map you found thanks to the above card info, and only then find out more ‘personal’ info about the monster and know it’s background better, since you just spent time with it while hunting 5 cards. (insert aww sound effect)

    yes, we all know google.

No, that's wrong. As an explorer you would hear rumours of monsters from NPCs, so having the basic info then episode are totally align with the game lore. Just take the Snowman quest at El Nath for example. You hear rumours about it from Jade and Scaldur. You get the [Basic Info] from this, and then the [Episode] as you learn more about it between NPC exchanges. Then you explore the map and you find where it comes from. That's [Found In]. Finally, as more killings are done, you observe and record down the loots. That's [Dropping].

When you hunt monsters you don’t necessarily do it via quests, as your goal is purely the monster cards, and the fact that now the quest medal is not as good as before because of the monster cards medal, once you received the 3rd/4th medal you have no intention to finish 800 quests. Though either way, if you do quests or not, it makes way more sense and is way more helpful to find the monster’s location, since as a human being, you don’t like to waste your time in a map with low spawn rate of a specific monster, you want to find the best map for the specific mob you’re hunting, and it makes way more sense to find that out first. Googling every monster you hunt is uncomfortable and removes the usable of the monster book’s info, if the location is only received at the end, why is it even there?

As a monster card hunter, it makes way more sense to me and would be way more helpful to me to received the information on the 2nd page, so I can finish hunting the card as fast as I can and move on to the next mob.

I feel like you totally missed my point of saying the changes should align with the game lore.
