    Hey,

    I haven't been on in a while and wanted to log on and see what was up. I'm not sure if I forgot my PIN or if it was changed, but it keeps saying that my PIN is incorrect. Is there any way for me to reset this?

    Edit: was told that I shouldn't have a PIN if I hadn't logged on in a few years, but the message is Error: Please enter a valid Security Pin, so I'm assuming that I'm simply typing the wrong one.
