I'm sorry that I opened a PayPal case, it turned out that I was let go from my job and I needed the money at that time for a emergency situation. I haven't filed a complaint on the forums, but I wanted to send this email to explain the situation and see if you can be lenient with me and restore my account. I know that this letter is a pity, but I really enjoyed playing on your server. And with every donation I make in the future, I definitely will not do another charge back.
Hi gms, I did not type this in order to ask for a hasty decision of this appeal, but I type so you all know with my given side of the story in which why I broke the rules.. All I'm hoping for is if you may give me a leniency and one more chance to play on your server. I know that what I did was a permanent ban, but I acted irrationally, given the critical and immediate situation I was in, and I would not have done it if I had not been in that position. I hope you can give me another chance to prove my worth, and I will never commit such an insult again.
I believe that because of the long silence, my appeal will not be taken into account. I understand, I tried to give my testimony, and I hoped that a GM understood my situation and will give me the advantage of doubt with another chance to prove my words to be true.
