Any disruptions to it can lead to lost revenue and having an unpleasant experience playing the game. Hence, this guide will help you to troubleshoot most of the issues related to voting. Type in your game username, the one which you use login to play. Once done, click on the vote button, you will be directed to the GTOP100 website. Solve the puzzle. Once you have successfully completed the puzzle, click on the large red button below, '' VOTE FOR MAPLEROYALS - THE NOSTALIGIC MAPLESTORY SERVER'' Do not close or leave the browser, until a green message appears "Thank you for voting.'' You have successfully voted! Prerequisite Before troubleshooting, please ensure you are clear with the server's voting rules. If you have any inquiries about voting, please drop a question in this thread HERE. When troubleshooting voting issues, please ensure the GTOP100 website is not down and you are using the same account you have last voted on to avoid accidental double voting, which is a bannable offense. Why does it happen? Someone has voted using your IP address This can happen when someone else other you has access to your network, even if no one else is playing MapleRoyals, if they are playing another game that also uses GTOP100 service, you can be denied too. Dynamic IPs / Rotation of IPs This is especially common for players who vote on residential or home networks, which IP providers can assign a limited roster of dynamic addresses to them. This can be usually be resolved by power cycling your router to get a new IP address or requesting a new IP address from your service provider. Public Network When using public networks, such as the ones found in schools/dormitory/cafes/malls/businesses, is very likely someone has already used that network to vote. Public VPN / Accelerator IP addresses provided by free or public VPN are often shared across a wide group of people, making it likely someone has already voted on it. Do note, access from public VPNs are blocked due to the same reason. If you are in situation needing a VPN, please consider using a paid VPN from reputable companies that provides you with your own delicated IP address. Network outrage/disruption While this is considered an uncommon occurrence for majority of players. When it does happen, entire areas/ regions can be affected from voting on the GTOP100 website, stretching up to days and weeks. Web browser issues Sometimes, web browsers cannot properly communicate with the GTOP100 website, which result in your vote not being registered even after you did all the right steps. In this situation, is best to either to try again after refreshing the web page or use another alternative web browser. Firefox and Microsoft Edge seems to have the least issues regarding this. Adblockers Various Adblocking extension like uBlock and AdBlock Plus can disrupt the loading of captcha puzzle, if your web browser doesn't load it, you can't vote on the server. Consider either white listing the website or temporarily disabling it when voting. Checking whether NX been credited without being ingame You can head to the homepage, go to Get RoyalPoints section and input your account details and solve the puzzle. ADDENDUM I: The gtop servers seem to be facing issues as of late. If you are having issues with the infinite captcha verification wheel, try the following quick solutions: • Try refreshing. • Try incognito mode. • Try disabling adblock. • Try a different browser. • Try a mobile data network. • Try voting again at a later time. ADDENDUM II: There seems to be a new issue with gtop voting along with the above. If you are facing issues with being told by gtop that you have already voted when you had not, try refreshing.
I've tried everything and it still thinks that I've had already voted even though I didin't. I'm a new player started for a week and it had no problem for a week but today it suddently doesn't work on the website GTOP100. Someone please help me since I'm not funded and just started playing T_T

Help! I’m new and spent the last 3 hrs levels up to 15. I voted to get nx and couldnt figure out why I didn’t get any in game. After some research it appears I accidentally made 2 accounts. I voted on the wrong account and can’t figure out how to delete the wrong account so I can vote on the correct one. What do I do now so I can get the nx today?? Not sure how else to get ahold of someone.
