IGN: Rumiho Problem: Changed my face, now I frequently crash. Details: I recently bought RP and changed my character's face to Cutie Pie Face, but now I frequently crash to my desktop, no error message, when I play that character. Usually within minutes, especially when I'm talking to an NPC (example, I was looking through hairstyles/faces at Big Headward and this always makes me crash after a minute or two). I also crash sometimes when speaking to other NPCs, like Spiegelmann after CPQ2. And sometimes when I'm not talking to an NPC at all and I'm just typing to people. Why I think it's my face: -That's the only significant change I've made today. And the crashes began after I changed my face. -I only crash on that character. I've logged onto other characters on the same account and I don't crash. I browsed through Big Headward's hairs and faces on another character for between 5-10 minutes and no crash. -The face seems glitchy. When I use the Sparkling Eyes emote, it causes my eyes and mouth to shift up and down on my character's model. Also the eye color is incorrect when using that emote. Steps I've taken: Reinstalled the game Restarted computer, modem, and router. Deleted all Royal's files on my computer and then reinstalled. I need to change my face to continue playing, but since I spent RP on it, I'd like another coupon to do so. Face in question attached.
Update: I changed my face because I wanted to continue playing. Sure enough, I stopped crashing. In fact, As I was talking to the NPC in Ludi to change the glitchy face, I crashed 3 times. I took some screens with before and after ~servertimes. I realize they can be shopped, but that's all I have. Hopefully you can see I bought an RP coupon and see I'm being honest. I'd like an RP coupon so I can get a non-bugged face, because as it stands right now I spent 6 NX for a bugged face that I had to change to continue playing.
