Closed Ban Appeal - Unauthorized Access to My Account

Last thing you did: Haven't played in several years.
Why do you think you got banned?: Accusation of trading mesos in game for Runescape gold.
Ban message when attempting to log in: You may not access your account because your account is permanently banned.
What GM banned you (optional): Not sure.

I was banned in early 2017 for supposedly trading in-game currency for Runescape gold. I made an appeal in August 2017 which was denied since I didn't have proof that I was hacked. My older brother (who has been living on his own now since the middle of 2018) admitted to me that he logged into my account on several occasions to trade my Mesos for Runescape gold. I was clueless since I didn't notice any of my items missing, and I wasn't keeping track of my inventory/storage Mesos. I never gave him access to the account (since account sharing is against the rules, plus he has very little experience with Maple), but he found a list of my passwords hidden underneath my mousepad. I've literally never played Runescape in my life, and I don't plan on playing it, so I can assure you that I'm not the kind of person who would "real world trade". I created this appeal after a couple more years since my initial one was denied since I was focusing on school/internships and didn't have free time. Now I've got a whole summer to game.

I understand that it’s my responsibility, that’s why I created a ban appeal to explain the situation. I keep my passwords locked in a lockbox with the key hidden in a good spot now, so it’s clear that this offence will never be repeated. In addition, he doesn’t live in the same household as me anymore - why is it unfair to grant me a second chance at playing? Isn’t the whole point of ban appeals to have a second chance if it’s justified?

I don't mind if my accounts get wiped, or if I'm required to play on a new account, but I genuinely just miss this server. I've played a handful of other servers who attempt to be "nostalgic" but my time on MapleRoyals has been unparalleled.
