    I want to know how to allocate skill points.
    What's the meaning of zakum helmet 100/50/20 ?

    It doesn't say exactly which skills to max first but I personally don't think the order matters much during 2nd job, so of the three skills the guide says to max, pick the one you like the best to max first.

    The meaning of zakum helmet 100/50/20 is 100 million mesos for vip helm, 50 million mesos for regular helm, and 20 million for mastery books. Vip helm means you are allowed to loot all the helmets that drop and basically pick your favorite. Regular helmet means you get assigned to just one of the helmets that drop (you can loot another one for likely around 25 million). And you really won't care about the 20 million for mastery books until you get to lvl 120, and even then it's more for mages.

    or the 20 could be 20million mesos for re-helm if you buy regular

    99/100 times when one sees “100/50/20” in regard to Zakum selling the 20 is going to be indicative of the SB price rather than the reloot price (even though they do tend to be similar).
