Closed I think my account got hacked

    alright so I just logged in today and everything was so weird: in some of my characters my skill tablet was all empty completely, also a lot of valubles items I had just weren't there and my bank was just completely empty.
    btw whoever did this had like 15h gap like I logged in yesterday and everything was normal.

    these all chars from the same account
    also important to mention I had like 1 or 2 characters (out of 6) that remained untouched at all so.. yeah weird
    please help and idk

    Unfortunately I don’t think the gms can help you with getting your items back :( I think in order for them to even attempt it you would need screenshots of the missing items, etc. It’s hard to tell for them sometimes..

    Take what I said with a grain of salt until an admin/gm/evan reply though, I’m a bit foggy on hacked situations. :)

    I’d suggest resetting your password via pming admins

    I think you need to pm Tim or Matt, only they have access to accounts and right now the control panel is broken so you can't manually do it yourself
