    As discussed recently in Discord.
Retrieving an item from ~buyback costs 5m, but this cost is not stated in the /help command.
For new players 5m can be a lot, as they cannot sell APR if they are under level 50, and it is the new players will likely hit this issue for nothing if they are just exploring and testing the server features after using the /help command.
Most uninformed players will assume the cost will be same as what NPC gives when selling the item.

    Suggestions
    - Add the 5m cost to the /help command
    - Show a warning dialog before spawning the buyback window.
    - Instead a storage NPC, use a shop NPC listing the items with 5m cost each to buy.
    - Display a message in the chat box saying 5m has been spent for the buyback

I think best solution would be the warning dialogue (pop up box) to confirm if the player gonna proceed with the recovery

    3rd solution sounds good too

1st solution: Don't think most players will read the /help command
4th solution: Players might say it's already too late, since 5m has been spent

For me or probably many who has played a few private servers before, will type /help when first join the server to see it's utilities. That is how I got to know the ~buyback command.
