You don't seem to be banned. Have you tried resetting your router/modem?

 

yes that said i not got banned i just got block acct !! it tell me to resset the pw again!! but i dont know how to rest my pw lol

 

Passwords aren't able to be reset at the moment. We are currently working on fixing this, but in the mean time, it's just a matter of waiting, unfortunately.
