Why do you think you got banned?: No reason to be banned. Possible MAC Address being blocked. The game worked fine using a different WIFI network at a different location. Alternatively, I've used Hotspot to log into the game and that didn't cause any issues.

You're not banned. Have you tried restarting your router/modem?

 

I have. I've hard reset both my router and modem, to no avail. Is there any set of instructions of some sort that could walk me through just to make sure I'm doing it right?

 

Do you use any sort of VPN or game accelerator to connect to Mapleroyals?

 

Not at all. I'm not using any tools whatsoever :/

Your IP and MAC addresses aren't banned. You might want to call your ISP to see if you can get your IP address changed just in case.

 

Asked my ISP to change my IP address. That solved the problem!
