I know the user and email it's under, I just can't recover the account because the main website only allows user and password to sign in, the account itself seems not be able to be recovered. I literally made an account awhile back knowing that I'd join this server soon. Due to issues irl I wasn't able to play right away. Need a staff member to help me out with this one... I'm not wanting to make a new account..
have the same problem. I've created an account along time ago and apparently I forgot the password. there is no "Forgot password" button anywhere to be seen. the only one i found was in the forum login but I can't login to the forums two, nor to reset the password...
Supposedly there was an exploit with the reset password so they had to temporarily disabled it and working on a new control panel. I've been waiting for a minute but it will come soon tm
Unfortunately, the function to reset password is not available currently Might need to wait till next update at least
