Going into Bathhouse without paying money

    When I have sufficient money in my inventory as showed in the picture (700 mesos), I was able to enter the bathhouse through paying 300 mesos.
    (note at the 'Lost mesos (-300) statement)

    However, when I have insufficient money (<300 mesos), I am able to go into the Bathhouse without paying any money.
    (I was not stopped by the NPC. And in case if you're wondering, the sum of money on the floor was me disposing excess money so that I'll hit <300 mesos)
