I've been continuously voting the server for the past days I was offline, and if that was a problem (I don't remember seeing that in the T&C), then I'd serve the ban gladly, although I'd be much obliged if I heard an explanation for this.

Thanks! I have just been unbanned by John recently. Now I'm going through being kicked out as soon as I select my character. Looking through the other threads with the same problem, it seems I'm MAC banned. I wish this is something I could just blame on lag.
