Cant Log In! HELP!

    Hello, my account is blocked due to too many invalid PIC attempts. I cant change my PIC or my PASSWORD on the control panel because it doesnt exist yet and you cant use the control panel.
    What should i do? please help me. thanks!

    You can request for PIC via an Admin - Andreas by PMing him

    For change of password - not possible till the new Control Panel is up

    Yeah but the error says that I need to reset my account settings. I can’t do it? Because the control panel doesn’t work? So now I can’t play the game?

    You can clarify that part with the Admin, I have no idea about the "reset account settings"

    Do take note that the Admin will take 2~3 days before replying you

    The estimation is after Anniversary

    As of now, the statement from the Admin is 'soon'
