Sorry about that, last night's trade was unusual.

The reason why I asked for that last night was that, me and the seller made a deal on forum and chatted in game that trade the FaceStomper with mesos in 1 hour, because my money is in my friends hand and I need time to ask him and have him trade me back. But he firstly told me he couldn't be able to loggin last nigh, I felt very uncomfortable, I didn't want to be a guy that disobey promises just because of someone else, since we have already made the deal. So I was trying to fix it and honor our original agreement, otherwise there would not be mutual trust between us, the seller would think I'm a liar.

I'm sorry for violating the rules, I have been invited by my friends in this game not for long, I didn't know any real world trading is illegal here(I didn't read the documents).
I promise this kind of thoughts or actions won't happen again, I've been mapling for 10+ years and I surely know the pre-bigbang version is irreplaceable because of its originality and 'real'(no hacking), that's the reason why I chose to play mapleroyals, to retrieve that little memories from childhood, no hackings, no dazzling skills and 'star' weapon system, only friends and the mutual trusts among us all.

    Thank you,
    Ives

Unfortunately, ignorance of the rules isn't an excuse for breaking them. We have a very strict real world trade policy in this server, and even joking about it will result in a permanent ban from the game.

I understand, like I said, I'm only in this game for a very short time, I would never break it if I knew it beforehand(ALL other maplestory server allows real world trade), otherwise It would be definitely be the one like you said: 'ignorance of the rules'.

Strict rules is definitely needed, for example hacking, I would never use it because I know it is the 1st rule or condition to keep maplestory clean, and I honor it.

I'm not asking excuses for 'intentionally breaking them', all I need is ONE forgiveness for a new guy just arrived at the new land and trying to fit in here.

He never thought about, or doesn't want to break any rules. Because that's just not right.

I would take punishments from breaking the rules and I think everybody deserves it, maybe 3 days, 7 days, if that's not enough for a new player just walked in, make it a month.

    Thank you,
    Ives

Sorry, but you lost your one chance when you didn't read the rules. Your appeal is denied and you are no longer allowed to play Mapleroyals.

If you want everybody that comes in and read your so called 'rules' first, then you should put it on the loggin page.
-- Obviously you didn't, then you should expect that most of us wouldn't know every exact details that stated in your standards.

If you permanently ban a person just because he simply asked:"Is this tradable in real world's money?". No hacking, no insulting, no any harmful languages, ends in question mark.
--Then you have no differences than tyrant or slave owners: you get killed by only asking something from curiosity, and people playing in fear that their works, the time they spent on might be ALL taken away just because asking questions.

Rules are set by players, most of us absolutely don't like Hacking, that's common sense and should be followed without any questions, but since when asking a question that EVERY other server would allowed becoming the same severity level as hacking?

If that's the way you accept new players, then good luck running this in long term.
Btw, the reason I played this game is because of the players inside, NOT because of you or your so called systems, not to mention your ridiculous 'rules'.
Thank you for providing the gaming interface, me and my friend HAD a wonderful experience.

You weren't asking because you were curious. You asked when you knew that you didn't have enough money for the item you wanted. Players are presented with multiple chances to read the rules, including on their first login. You clearly ignored them and proceeded to play how you wanted. We've heard this comparison many times already, and it's always the same type of people who say it. Good luck in the future.
